Gene Pool
June 25-28, 2009

Dance New Amsterdam (DNA) is pleased to present Gene Pool, DNA’s performance series dedicated to the artists and faculty engineering Lower Manhattan’s leading dance experience. Offering a sample of new and re-staged works, Gene Pool features choreography from artists and teachers with longstanding relationships to DNA. Choreographers this season are Julie Bour, Marijke Eliasberg, Anabella Lenzu, Deborah Lohse, Nia Love, Paul Matteson, Heather McArdle and Belinda McGuire.

Performance Times: Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 8:00pm, Sunday matinee at 3:00pm

The choreographic program will vary by performance date:

Thursday, June 25 8:00pm: Program A: Bour, Lenzu, Love, McGuire
Friday, June 26 8:00pm: Program B: Eliasberg, Lohse, Matteson, McArdle
Saturday, June 27 8:00pm: Program A: Bour, Lenzu, Love, McGuire
Sunday, June 28 3:00pm: Program B: Eliasberg, Lohse, Matteson, McArdle

Tickets: $20 ($15 DNA members, $17 students) special offer:
