I am looking for a roommate for April 1. Perhaps you or someone you know may be looking. Please pass this along! You never know...someone's uncle's, sister's, cousin's, former roommate's, niece may be looking!

Spend your summer relaxing and grilling in your backyard! We are looking for a roommate who is friendly, clean and responsible. We live in the Windsor Terrace/Kensington area of Brooklyn. One block from the F train (Church Ave station), grocery store, post office and laundry. The apartment is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances (dishwasher!!!) and a great big backyard with outdoor furniture and gas grill. We also have some storage space.

We are looking for an April 1st move in date.


***About the room:
This is a large sunny bedroom that will comfortably fit a queen sized bed. It has 3 windows and has both a private entrance and a door into the apartment. The room has beautiful parquet floors, a large hanging closet and a ceiling fan.

***About us:
Leanne, 28, is a choreographer and waitress extraordinaire. She likes to have BBQ's in the summer, host dinners on occasion and is open to having people come and stay on the futon (her family is coming in April for her dance company's show!). She's a lover of beer and wine. Leanne has a well maintained cat, Bo, and he's very sweet and has quite the personality.

Marin, 24, loves to read (the library is her candy store), and is completely in love with The Boss (Bruce Springsteen- just in case you didn't know). She loves ice cream, movies (old and new), spending time with her friends and is currently works for a textile company.

***These things about you are very important to us:
Clean, neat, responsible, respectful, and social. Willing and able to participate in house cleaning, taking out trash, scrubbing the toilet, picking up household items from the store, etc. You're drug free and wont smoke in the house. We hope that you aren't in the midst of life altering instability.. You must be cat friendly but not have one of your own. You must have a job. You must pay your bills on time. We hope you agree to have house guest(s) on occasion. You must be a good communicator. Please have 1st month and 2 securities ($2,400 total).
