Choreographer of Flexicurve, dancer with Jennifer Muller/ The Works, dance teacher of both the Muller & Cunningham technique, video maker, podcast fanatic.

Brief artistic bio (required for Faculty, Guest Artists and Subs):

Pascal Rekoert, performed with European choreographers as Suzy Blok, Christopher Steel, Conny Janssen, Thierry Smits, Kim van der Boon, and Krisztina deChatel. Performing with Bronkhorst & Jongewaard, he performed in The Fall, a piece which garnered acclaim as "the dance document of the 90's," receiving the coveted Prix de Bonheur du Rue St. Denis in Paris, France. As a choreographer Mr. Rekoert has presented his own work at theaters in the Netherlands, Belgium, United States, former Yugoslavia, Germany and Great Britain. He created the movie “Erasmusspitzen,” which premiered at the Rotterdam Filmfestival in January 2000, which recently was awarded Best Short Film at the Chashama film Festival. He moved to NYC 8 years ago and has been working with Jennifer Muller/The Works ever since.
