Obama to Visit India Next Year

President Barack Obama has hailed bilateral relations with India, and says he has accepted an invitation to travel to the country next year.

Palestinians call for EU to back independence

Palestinians have formally asked the European Union to urge the UN security council to recognise a fully independent state in the West Bank and Gaza Strip in response to the current impasse in peace negotiations with Israel.

The rumors are true, according to Sarah Palin: The McCain-Palin campaign was not a happy family. In Palin's new memoir, "Going Rogue," she confirms reports of tension between her aides and those of the 2008 Republican presidential candidate, Sen. John McCain. Looking for a place to live in New York

I'm 23 years old, coming from Montreal (Quebec, Canada) and I am gonna be an international student at DNA for 3 months, starting in January. Mad Dance

Like everyone else (at least it seems), I am completely obsessed with AMC's Mad Men. It has style, compelling characters, and an interesting take on a bygone era that goes far beyond easy nostalgia. The fallacy of destiny

One thing that I've always disagreed with all my life is the statement relating to performing arts, "if you can picture yourself doing anything else, you shouldn't be an artist." I've heard this from Broadway style tap classes to my avant-garde college workshops. It seems like such a prevalent idea, I wonder who DOESN'T believe it.
