Honoring Pina Bausch

DNA is saddened by Pina Bausch's untimely passing. One of the dance world's greats, Pina affected not only dancers and artists of all disciplines but also audiences and the general public. We honor her lifetime of creative achievements, her tenacity, her commitment to the arts and her pushing of traditional and contemporary artistic boundaries. She changed the face of dance; many of the world's great dance and theater artists have been inspired by her philosophies and life work. DNA will miss her and her artistic contributions but looks forward to the continued evolution of dance, as her influence lives on.
