Steele Pilates Apparatus Certification Course

The Steele Pilates Apparatus Certification will teach over 300 Exercises to a small group of certified Mat instructors in an intimate and investigative setting. Over the course of 6 months, students will learn to teach exercises on the reformer, cadillac, chair and barrel. One main focus will be to consistently return to the Core Movement Principals of the Pilates Method in order to cue, correct and adjust exercises for deconditioned and advanced clientele. Teri Steele's Pilates Mat classes have become known for their choreographic flow and creativity. Utilizing this expertise, the Steele Pilates Apparatus Certification will graduate sound instructors who strive to challenge their clientele mentally and physically, as well as themselves to create effective and enjoyable exercise session appropriate to the student and session.
